He is caring and excellent diagnostic skills. My dog who passed away and was sick with pancreatitis he and his staff took the best care of us and sent flowers after we had to euthanize him in his office. My new girl Bella gets the best of care.

I have been a patron of the hospital for 6 years. My Maltipoo was GROOMED 2 MONTHS ago,cshe said she saw a flea, so i had her treated for fleas by my groomer. As a precaution I took my pet to be rechecked for fleas, because she was itching.

Advised me that my pet DID NOT HAVE FLEAS, she was in great health. I was advised of getting her an injection to help itching.
COVID CAR PICK UP / DROP OFF.
Girl comes to my car, said "this treatment will 100% guarantee NO MORE ITCHING. FOR $70 I agreed, only because I was told NO MORE ITCHING.
That evening she was itching, called next day was told wait 24 hours, made sence. 48 hours later , $70 later still itching.
Called office today: 10.9.20
Staff Manager Debbie, finally took my call after I was told basically too bad..
She literally said these words:
" As an adult, you signed paper work, so as an adult you should know what you are signing" .
As an adult sitting in my hot car, while your staff member assured me there would be no more itching, while she's holding my dog, who is trying to get away, with traffic driving by on a very busy intersection, I was not paying very much attention to paper work as I was her FLAPPING GUMS TELLING ME THIS IS WHAT MY DOG NEEDED.
To be completely fair, I have only had the absolute best experience here, and trust what was told, however had this not been handled OUTSIDE, IN THE HEAT, WHILE MY DOG WAS FUSSY, and I could have saw the doctor, I would have not done this injection.
DEBBIE IS RUDE, INDIGNANT AND ABSOLUTELY OUT OF LINE FOR SPEAKING TO ME IN SUCH A WAY.

Dr Hemple and his staff are wonderful. They care about me and my each of the pets we have had. They always listen and solve the issue. It is good to know they care and they show us their expertise. I recommend this clinic to everyone I know. My pets are my family and they treat us like family. Everyone should use this vet clinic for the well being and the care they give each pet.
